Fourteen days, no questions

If you buy IMStudio Pro and it isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. You don't need a reason.

How to get one

Email support@imstudio.app from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method — they typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Canceling is different from a refund

Canceling stops future charges and keeps Pro active until the end of the period you've already paid for. A refund reverses a charge. If you want both — the most recent charge back and no future ones — just say so and we'll do both.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway. The 14-day promise is the floor, not the ceiling — if something went wrong, we'd rather make it right than keep ten dollars.
